There is a “discretionary age limit” of 14 and over. It’s up to the parent or guardian to make the final decision, but any child younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
We certainly don’t recommend it for anyone younger than 12!
Some stories have a very mild
sexual content.
Due to various staircases and the nature of the terrain, it is not recommended
for people with walking difficulties, or a heart condition.
Sensible shoes are recommended - and an umbrella if raining!
You may bring a torch, if you are at all nervous about the Castle grounds.
For reasons of health and safety, the maximum number of people allowed on
any tour is 32.
You may bring a still image camera.
In fact, digital photography is positively encouraged!

foremost a theatrical company. We cannot allow a copy to be made of that which

Closely based upon the "Original" Dudley Ghost Tour, but with a slightly different route and with very many different stories - using unused and surplus material from the Dudley History Tour and the annual Dudley History & Memorabilia Exhibition
Slightly longer in duration, at approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.
Still starting and finishing in the Station Hotel, but as our “summer
alternative” it is specifically designed for the lighter nights. Again,
for reasons of health & safety, numbers are limited to 32.
